Hybrid Conference Refund Policy

The attendee cancellation policy for conference registration is as follows:

  • 100% of the registration fee will be refunded if a cancellation request is received15 days prior to event (by 11/24/21). No refunds will be processed after that date; 11/24/21.
  • A request to transfer registration to another attendee will be honored at no cost.
  • Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to event will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation and transfer requests should be made by filling out this FORM.
      • The refunded amount will be returned to the same credit card associated with the original transaction.
      • Once processed, it may take 3-7 business days to receive the refund.

Cancellations Due to Covid-19

If the in-person event is canceled due to Covid-19 or other infectious disease due to CDC, State, and/or local health department guidelines, the following will occur:

The conference event will pivot to a virtual event, and your event registration will transfer accordingly.

  1. Participant may select to donate the remaining funds to the ATD Buffalo Niagara chapter; (No additional action is needed)
.OR

  2. Participant may submit a remaining balance refund request due to Covid-19 for the remaining balance.
