Webinar Description:

We live in a time of monumental change, and the workplace is not immune. In the wake of the murder of George Floyd and the rallying cry for change, organizations must prioritize their people by centering workplace diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) commitments. Yet knowing what to do and how to do it often challenging. Participants of this workshop will learn practical research-based strategies that are effective for making their workplaces more inclusive and equitable.

In this two-part workshop, participants will:

  • Establish a common language related to DEIJ
  • Assess where they are on the journey towards inclusive excellence
  • Define four types of racism
  • Learn practical research-based strategies and tools that are effective for making their workplaces more inclusive and equitable
  • Develop an action plan for implementation
