Debbie Richards:

A learning architect, and self-proclaimed geek is a champion for innovation in learning and development. She's a past two time president of the ATD Houston chapter, former ATD NAC and has authored TD at Work guides on emerging technologies in learning. Debbie is a L&D Cares Director, a non-profit dedicated to supporting talent development professionals through coaching and resources. She was also awarded the title of "Guild Master" by the Learning Guild in 2022.
