Join us for a 30-minute introduction to the MentorNOW program, designed exclusively for ATD Buffalo Niagara members!

In this session, Angie Boddie, Director of Mentoring, will guide you through everything you need to know about MentorNOW, our structured peer mentorship program focused on leadership and career development. Here’s what you can expect to learn:

1. Program Overview
   Discover the purpose of MentorNOW and how the program is structured to support mentors and mentees in meaningful, growth-oriented relationships.

2. Month-by-Month Timeline
   Get an inside look at the MentorNOW timeline, which maps out each stage of the program—starting from kickoff and orientation to goal-setting, check-ins, and wrap-up.

3. Roles and Expectations
   Learn what’s involved in participating as a mentor or a mentee. Angie will explain the commitment and benefits for each role, so you know exactly what to expect.

4. How to Register
   Ready to get involved? We’ll provide step-by-step instructions for registering and guidance on what happens after you sign up.
