The Role of Learning in Building Connectedness

Description:

Learning is the key to organizational development. At

the heart of organizations of any type lies a web of

connectedness between people, ideas, problems, and

solutions. This WEB consists of nodes with critical

relationships to explore. Do we pay enough attention to

those relationships when designing, developing, and

delivering learning experiences? How can we develop

our skills to lean into these ever-growing complex

relationships? In this session, we’ll explore the role of

learning in building connectedness, the place where the

value of learning comes to life.

Presenter:  Mark Burke, CEO and Lead Experience Designer, MYNDDSET

With 31 years of experience in teaching, instructional

design, educational technology, and organizational

development, Mark formed MYNDDSET to work at the

Organizations. Every organization wants to bring some

level of change to those they serve. That change can

be as simple as providing a little fun in their lives or as

complex as bringing about cultural and developmental

changes through engaged communities.”
